Restoring Health is six weeks of personal health coaching with me, Casey.
It is about coming back to the basics — the simple life ingredients that help restore health in the body and mind:
Proper human diet. Exercise. Relaxation. Sleep.
There is a lot of power in getting these foundations right.
Together, we work on improving the things that move you towards better health, while putting distance between you and the things that are pulling you in the wrong direction:
Processed sugary foods.
Poor diet.
Too much alcohol.
Lack of exercise.
Chronic stress.
Poor sleep.
How it works
Restoring Health includes six one-hour coaching sessions working together over six weeks.
Think of me as your coach or team-mate. I’m in your corner.
First, we put our heads together and work out what’s going on for you:
What are your health worries?
How did you get here?
What habits are holding you back?
What do you want to have happen?
Then we build a simple plan of action together.
Each week, we meet, review how you’re going, bring in new ideas and education, and move forward step by step. I’ll help keep you accountable to the plan.
This is not a crash diet.
This is not a fitness challenge.
It is about making the right changes over time and restoring your health.
